Murdoch University Scholarship Top-Ups

The University is offering two levels of top-up scholarships for outstanding PhD applicants - the Murdoch Excellence Award and the Murdoch Excellence Plus Award. Students who successfully secure an Australian Postgraduate Award (APA) to begin their research in 2010 will be considered for an award of an additional $5,000 per annum on top of their APA award, taking it to approximately $27,500 (based on expected 2010 rates) annually. The top ranked applicants will be considered for an award of $10,000 per annum on top of their APA award, taking it to approximately $32,500 (based on expected 2010 rates). Top-up awards are based on academic merit and the Murdoch Excellence Plus is awarded in Murdoch’s areas of research excellence.
