Women's Service Guild Top-Up Scholarship
Eligibility: The Women’s Service Guild of Western Australia was established as a voluntary organisation for the purpose of promoting the interests of women in WA. The Guild, after almost one hundred years of service, is no longer in operation but has endowed a top-scholarship to support research that will specifically benefit women and children.

Applicants must be enrolled in or applying for admission to full-time candidature for the degree of PhD and possess a First Class Honours degree or equivalent. Only applicants who are also successful in gaining an Australian Postgraduate Award in 2009 will be eligible.
Benefits: $8,000 (non-taxable) per annum.
Tenure: The award is for a maximum of three years. An extension of up to 6 months may be granted.
Application: A separate application form is available from the Research Scholarships Office at the WA University listed below and should be submitted along with your application for an APA scholarship to your University.
