Murdoch University Graduate Centre to provide training and support to research students. The GREAT program offers a range of courses and workshops designed to assist postgraduate researchers in their academic progress and development. Students who are at different stages of their research degree may find some modules more relevant than others and may choose which modules they they wish to attend. These are usually promoted via e-mail, so students should make sure to update their e-mail addresses via MyInfo Postgraduate Researchers are also able to apply for admission for professional development courses run by human resources. These places are limited and enrolment is necessary. Courses on offer can be checked at Human Resources The Graduate Centre will be updating the GREAT program throughout the year and will consider offering courses where student feedback indicates that demand exists. via e-mail or telephone 9360 2740 Not all seminars require enrolment, but please not that places in some modules may be limited, so please register as early as possible but do let us know if you later find that you will be unable to attend. Places will be allocated in the order that enrolments are received. Extra workshops will be offered where there is sufficient demand. Most units do not charge for attendance, however, you may be charged if you enrol but do not attend some courses offered by Human Resources. Tea and Coffee will be provided. Please complete the evaluation sheets provided at seminars. |
